Excellent experience. I got a new jackshaft Chamberlain installed, new torsion setup. Cust service was great, and they came back for an adjustment after the fact with no hassle. Prices were good and the response times were quick. I would 100% use again and also recommend to anyone.
Travis was great to work with! Gave him a call on a weekend for a garage door opener replacement, he promptly called me back and left details on my voicemail. Showed up early, did excellent work and the price was what he quoted over the phone. He was honest and spent time making sure everything was perfect before leaving. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using him in the future!
What a wonderful experience. Not only were the prices extremely reasonable, Travis spent the time to program the garage door, replace the spring, and ensured both garage doors were working before he left. I cannot recommend true garage door more!
One of my springs on my left most door snapped this am. I texted Travis around 230pm as a first time customer. He was at my house within a half hour and he worked on both doors at amazingly reasonable price! I’ll be contacting him to install an automatic door opener within the next couple of weeks. He even cleaned out parts that were left by the previous owner that I didn’t need and only got in the way. This guy is the best and 110% professional. Thanks again!!
