Travis at True Garage Door is a really good guy. He answers the phone, shows up when he says he will, knows his stuff, and does great work. His pricing is very reasonable too. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for garage door work.
Original review: Travis responded immediately to my call, stopped by the next day and completed the repair. In addition to replacing the operator bracket he fixed the tension on the springs, lubricated all of the moving parts (and showed me what to do and how often) and he adjusted the opener. I would highly recommend True Garage Door. Travis was professional, efficient and very polite. And his price way under what was expected. I was ripped off by previous “Big Company” and he felt guilty. I gave him more than he quoted me.
