Extremely low and non sense review in DFW area
Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in our recent appraisal report. Despite the home clearly having 5 bedrooms, the appraiser failed to list one of the bedrooms in the final report. Furthermore, the Gross Living Area (GLA) was significantly underreported compared to previous measurements, causing a direct loan denial. Cathy who came to appraise the home in 1st week of January, was very poor at her job. She wrote a reckless comment in the appraisal, mentioning a crack in kitchen wall requiring foundation opinion, when it was normal settlement crack on 30 year old home. The home owner had an inspection report which clearly mentioned the crack was not foundation related. She did not verify with the home owner on the facts.
