My friend was in dire straits when her A/C went out. She tried Nextdoor Neighbor and someone came out to diagnose and said compressor was bad. He was going to try to find a used one. Then a second guy came out and tripped all the breakers and said she needed a electrician and drove off. So this is where I get involved and figured it was a compressor. Amazing experience replacing my entire HVAC system, inside and out! Gerald, Kim, Daniel, Debbie, Maruf...everyone was kind, prompt, and professional from estimate to completion. My son recommended them after they did his house HVAC.
My 16 year old evaporator coil on a Trane unit needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, those coils are in short supply since the government has mandated change to 454B refrigerant standard from 410A. Gerald saw this shortage coming and purchased (many) 410A evaporator coils to meet customer needs. Luis came out to scope the job and service techs were there the next day to install a new coil. True Fix to the rescue!
My dad was having a problem with AC cooling the house. He called True Fix to come out expecting a very expensive problem. Luis, the technician, has been to the house a few times and fixed the problem quickly. He is absolutely amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend using this company. Thank you!
