Eldin has kept me strong and healthy for some twenty years. His workouts are smart, targeted and effective—at 69 I maintain good balance, endurance, and strength and continue to hike with my kids and grandkids. I walk, bike, climb, carry and swim as well as I did at 40. Highly recommend.
I have worked with Eldin for nearly 25 years. No one can compare in his knowledge, good humor and intelligence . When I had a minor tear of my meniscus he successfully rehabbed it. I started with him before I turned 50 to be ready for that big birthday in the best shape possible, and he has helped condition, tone, and strengthen me in ever different challenges since.

Amazing experience. True Fitness Training is fantastic. I’ve done big-box gyms, groups, boot camps, CrossFit, and the most I got out of all those were huge bills, lots of injuries, unsustainable results and eventually burnout. I was there with two children, 15 and 17 years old, boy and girl. I am 52. All of us got a different program created according with our goals and current physical shape. Soon we go again to Eldin to get instructions for the next level.
