Dr. Massri is the BEST. She is simply wonderful. I’ve seen her for the last 4 years and I’ve never had a better eye doctor. Truly the sweetest and sincere person ever, amazing knowledge and really goes out of her way to get to know you- she treats you like family! Her staff is top notch - I don’t have much time now with a toddler - and went in for a walk in appointment- she happened not to be in that office for the day - but her wonderful receptionist, who is also her daughter, went out of her way to mention I could go to th... read more
Customer service was absolutely great. Dr Lulu Massri turned my chaotic day into a more pleasant one. She provided valuable information on eye care. I am confident placing my eye care with this staff.
Dr. Sam and his staff were so nice and helpful. The office was clean. When I had questions about my eyes and what is good to use Dr Sam explained in detail why some products are better than others in a way I understood.
Dr. LuLu Massri was amazing, her service was great and professional highly recommend! Including Astrid at the front desk exceptional customer service.
