I had went to this place all the time for my massages. One day I had a different massage therapist that I usually have and the massage was terrible. I was scheduled for an hour massage and half way through she asked me if I would like to just do a 30 minute massage instead. She did not focus on the areas that I had asked her too. I tried to be polite and left a message for the manager about my experience. Went there to get a Diamond microderm. Jacklyn did an excellent job and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely go back.
