I had such an amazing experience at true essence. I had the privilege of getting my hair done by dom. I take my hair very seriously so being able to find someone I trust was important to me. The products that were used in my hair smelt so good. The energy of the salon is inviting. All of the plants gave a sense of freshness. I would hands down recommend this salon to all of my friends and family!

Best salon in the area, by far. It’s the real deal. The environment is warm, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is experienced, kind and genuine. I am very happy with the outcome of my hair from my first appointment here today and I brought my daughter here too. We both got exactly what we asked for. They also have some unique and cool classes that take place in their space on certain evenings and sell beautiful plants too. I recommend it for anyone who prefers an “old Denver” experience to the “Nu-Denver” one.

Flora did an amazing job asking questions and making sure I was happy with my cut. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful and calming as well. I will definitely be back!

This salon is the best! Dominique has been cutting my hair - short, somewhat unruly curly, and gray for many years before she started this salon. Her attention to her clients wishes is fantastic and her willingness to listen is just what any hair client wants. Flora is a fantastic stylist also, she recently cut my hair and did a great job. I won't forget Dani, their aesthetician, who does facials and waxing to keep us more mature ladies looking our best.
