My sister booked an appointment for my nephew at 5pm. We arrived at 4:55. I walked in at 5:30 to check on him and he was still sitting waiting. My nephew waited a half hour for a 45 dollar cut plus tip. All he said was, I told him I was running behind and was sorry. The level of incosideration and unprofessionalism is crazy.

My son had a COMPLETE meltdown (moving, kicking, screaming, crying you name it!)the WHOLE time we were there which is not unusual for him (level 3 Autistic). Paul was SO amazing and patient and kind! The whole place was so understanding and kind about a very stressful moment for mama! On top of being amazing people! He took his time and made sure the cut looked awesome!
