I had a very frustrating experience at this dermatology office. The front desk staff have a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. I understand that being on time is important, but if you happen to walk in 15 minutes late, there’s a way to address it professionally. Instead, I was spoken to in a very rude and condescending tone and told not to be late again. Very unprofessional……this place , the doctor is not there at all time. He just have the PA’s and the MA’s running around doing their own things. Please make sure the doctor is in the office, before anyone helps you with your treatment.
