Very poor service and was over charged 170 dollars copay for a consultation where I was told exactly zero new information and when I tried to call and ask for a refund I was hung up on. Personally I feel robbed and would like to see this wrong righted.

It is very difficult for me to give this dermatology office a good review. Due to an insurance update issue, I have been calling almost every day to ask whether my insurance information has been updated. Each time I call, the staff only asks for my date of birth and then puts me on hold for a long time without giving me a clear answer. Many times, I have had to call a second time and repeat the same question all over again. Their phone service is even harder to reach than the medical insurance company. This was my first time being at True Dermatology. I had an appointment with Katie Lin since it was the first appointment available. The whole process took less than 5 mins after she came in to the consultation room. No introduction was provided; I only knew it was her since I checked their website beforehand. Katie Lin PA did not step closer than 6 feet to take a close look at my face (where my skin problem occurs). I did not feel like I was getting enough attention for my issue.
