I signed up in 2017 for the discount card which I used for one year. Then they auto renewed for 2018 and 2019. I called in 2019 to cancel but they wouldn't refund. Now they billed me again for 2020, I called and they misled me to believe this was part of my medicare advantage plan. I checked and realized that was not true. I called to cancel and get a refund for the $239.40. they said they would cancel but it was too late to get a refund. auto renew sucks.

They lie and manipulate both costumers and employees. They'll promise you the world to get your money and then disappear. They use people for a week or two have them make 200 phone calls a day and then let them go and not pay them.
