They came out the same day and removed a tree that split in half and was a threat to our house. This is our second time using them and we highly recommend them.
Nolan and his team were professional, prompt, communicative, and tidy! I had six large beetle infested pines removed. Two were very close to my home and the others were in my backyard, in which two sections of my privacy fence had to be removed to haul the debris out! I would highly recommend this company for your tree work.
Two very large trees came down on my garage during a recent thunderstorm. From my first contact with True Cut, I was extremely impressed with the promptness of the response and the quality of the work provided. When the huge pile of debris was removed, not a twig or leaf was left. It’s often difficult to know just who to hire for projects such as this, but from my personal experience True Cut offered thorough, professional work at an amazing price. I had a large pine branch fall during a storm recently. Nolan came out quickly to assess this tree along with the rest of my trees since we are heading into hurricane season. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the issues/risks for several trees and came up with a reasonable/affordable plan for removing the dead tree and cleaning up the canopies for the healthy ones. While there was a minor glitch, I think Nolan went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you for taking care of the trees!
