8/21/13 – Our a/c unit was installed in 1992. It was working but not cooling. I emailed True Cool A/C at 2:10 AM. Terry of True Cool replied at 5:51 AM. True Cool Air Conditioning (Terry) was able to fit me in for a late afternoon appointment. His assistant said that he would arrive about 6 PM. I received a call that due to bad traffic, he would be delayed 30 minutes. He arrived on time. This is a very professional. Terry checked the system's pressure and added the Freon.
