Mike trust seemed friendly at first. When giving a quote he made it very hard to say no and was forceful for a signature promising he will pull permits and do the work correct. After we signed contract he kept of raising the price of his service, we agreed to the first raise. And should not have but we did not to the second and he stated “ can’t blame me for trying”.
