In and out with shots. Kind and knowledgeable of their patients
The pediatricians are great but everything else is so inefficient I’m confused how they are still working this way. We came here with our first child and absolutely loved our pediatrician, but we were waiting over an hour to be seen for each appointment. With both of us working the wait times just made it impossible. There were times when we even waited 2 hours before we were finally seen. Dr. Featherston has taken care of my boys for 8 years. She has been absolutely amazing to walk through several complicated health issues with us, always taking time to answer questions, come up with good plans, work with us on the best way to proceed. I never feel rushed or brushed off. The staff is kind, thorough and works to get us in when we need to be seen! So thankful for this office!
