Talked to Val, she could have been nicer. Asked about the wait time and she said she couldn't promise anything. This clinic needs to do better. It is obvious they overbook.
Great place to be, they really listen and take every precaution to ensure bothe the children and parents are comfortable. They do not force anything and are very informative.
