I bought 3 units through Andrew. On one of them, I emailed him that my mother who was a co-buyer was diagnosed with cancer. The first question from him was whether we would still be able to close. Zero empathy or tact demonstrated. Another condo was with Vandyk, which went bankrupt. While that isn't his fault, there was no follow up, update or contact from Andrew regarding the bankruptcy or potential process to follow. So if you want to feel like just a number, he's your guy. I have had an AWESOME experience working with Andrew over the past several months. He has been super helpful holding my hand and walking me through the process of buying a condo!
