I am writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience I had with True Compassion Urgent Care in Palm Beach Gardens. At the time of my visit, I was informed by the receptionist that my total charge would be $283. When I asked about my insurance coverage, she stated that after the first of the year, the first bill must be paid in full by the patient. Based on this representation, I paid the $283.
