True Comfort of the Carolinas has been our company of choice for more than 20 years. Last week we had a problem with the HVAC and Jason responded immediately. He assessed the problem and fixed it. We asked about the pros and cons of simply replacing the unit it was over 25 years old. Independently, without any pressure at all, we decided to go ahead and replace. Disappointed
Road raging in a company vehicle is insane. 🫣
Don't waste your time with this company. I reached out 3 times the past month to schedule quoted service work, sign a service agreement, purchase system upgrades and order a mini-split for our new sunroom. Each time I had to wait for a call-back and repeat my request / information like they'd never heard of me. Not once did I receive follow-up to perform the service work and sign quites / contracts. Go somewhere else to spend your money and get good service.
We had an emergency that needed immediate HVAC repair and we got it. Very professional and explained what was happening with the unit. Customer service is top notch.
