Road raging in a company vehicle is insane. 🫣
Don't waste your time with this company. I reached out 3 times the past month to schedule quoted service work, sign a service agreement, purchase system upgrades and order a mini-split for our new sunroom. Each time I had to wait for a call-back and repeat my request / information like they'd never heard of me. Not once did I receive follow-up to perform the service work and sign quites / contracts. Go somewhere else to spend your money and get good service.
We had an emergency that needed immediate HVAC repair and we got it. Very professional and explained what was happening with the unit. Customer service is top notch.
I have been using them since 2021ish. I've had a bad experience once over the years with a tech who did not clean an ac unit during a scheduled maintenance and who was also super late to the appt with no heads up. After a couple phone calls and another visit to actually do the job, the company was able to make things right to my satisfaction and Jason/Stephanie ( I think that's her name) was very professional about the situation.
