Brooks came out and addressed the problem in moments. Took some readings and swapped out the parts in minutes. Nice to have cold air blowing again! Would definitely recommend and will call for any future needs 👍🏼
Brooks was the best!!! We had been without gas furnace heat for about three days during the coldest days of the year. I tried to diagnose the problem myself; had concluded it was an electrical problem. Brooks came out the same day I requested help. I informed him of what I did. He listened; didn't try to sell me. Since I had checked all the normal things myself, he immediately found the problem: a burned out wire. Within 15 minutes he had it fixed, and the heat was up and running.
