After 1 month of waiting for the company to come out and fix a problem with the furnace they installed, they have still not even responded to phone calls or emails. It appears as though they do NOT stand behind the work they do. I had to have another company come out and fix their low quality work.

They replaced my furnace. The air filter was too small and did not cover the fan. I reached out to them via their two phone numbers and email address to have it fixed. None of my 4 phone calls (over 1 week time) or email were returned. Since it is a key componente to the longevity of my system, I had to have another company come out and install the correctly sized air filter.
