I would say the aides we had (for my 9yro boy) were decent, well trained and hardworking. But we had an incompetent coordinator Ms Zheng, who lacked communication with either patients or the aides. She messed up with our hours. Also there were misunderstandings that didn’t get clarified. Because of that we ended up losing the service. I hope they also train their administrative people that way they trained the aides.
