It benefits the body and mind overall. When you come into TCCA, you will be surrounded by multiple patients receiving acupuncture at the same time. Your treatment takes place in a comfortable lazy boy recliner. Sessions usually last 45-90min.

I've been twice now, and both times had me more rested and balanced and ready to tackle life than any other wellness thing I've done. Based on effects from the first two sessions I'd say this has a good chance of helping with the allergies, as long as I keep it up!

I have the best Acupuncture treatment from True Care Community Acupuncture. The facility is clean, bright and calming. It is easy to get to and no trouble with parking. The sliding fee really helps those in need. They also gave me Chinese herbs that have helped tremendously. I will be seeing them again for sure. Hope I can get appointments to fit my work schedule. :)
