After contacting True Built for warranty issues on the home that they had built for us, I was told on June 13th that they would not be doing any warranty work due to us moving into the house before the certificate of occupancy. I had been threatened with this prior to the completion of the house and it was sorted out that we had not moved into the home prior to the occupancy permit and I have an email from True Built that states, "Regarding the 'warranty work', we want to be reasonable and will arrange warranty work for the ... read more
