No quality control , less than poor product, their contract is designed to screw over the customer, the owners wife is posting fraudulent reviews to save her failing company, houzz is not posting the pictures of truebuilts garbage product, I am currently investigating houzz, I think they are connected to truebuilt illegally some how, keep in mind no company gets all 5 star reviews
All but one employee at truebuilt lied to us or gave us inaccurate , incorrect info , like telling me not to worry about my floor being covered in three inches of water ,because the wood at the lumber yard is stored outside, that's bs. all sheat wood is either inside , under a cover of dime sort or wrapped up to prevent water damage
This is my opinion True Built Home after my many negative experiences during and after construction. The floor has been replaced multiple times. The foundation was poured to the incorrect dimensions and was a hassle to get the company to fix it. The roof was being replaced and it rained and my whole house was flooded which I was living in at the time. I had to involve homeowners insurance because everything that has needed to be fixed has taken an excessive amount of time and done by the cheapest person possible low quality ... read more
They will lie cheat and steal from you , extremely poor quality , better off signing a deal with the devil, at least then you would know what your getting in to
The worst pos company my father and I have ever dealt with I have 35 years of union carpenter experience and my father was an architect for 50+ years
