We brought our 2019 Nissan Versa with them just 1 year ago and we have so many problems with the vehicle. We literally just found out that the transmission is dying and now, the fuel pump is going out. This was a bad car that they sold us because it only lasted for 1 year with just only 74,000 miles on it. We had to have our car towed today because it broke down and shut off on us. I regret buying this vehicle from True Brother’s Auto.

This couple was a joy to work with. Our kid's car transmission went out, so we were looking for a replacement and checking out one with a rebuilt title. They sat down with us and showed us pictures when they bought it at an auction before repairs. After a test drive, we heard a small noise and asked them about it. This dealership is amazing! I came down from Idaho and they were very nice. Gave me a great deal on the vehicle and made sure I was completely satisfied. They answered all of my questions and are completely transparent. They showed me photos of the damage the car had incurred before they fixed it up and outlined exactly what they did to fix it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We can’t say enough good things about our car buying experience with True Brothers! It was the most easy going, not feeling pressured we’ve ever felt buying a car. Super knowledgeable about the car didn’t hide anything with it being used. Even after a couple days owning it we had some trouble with the headlights & told us to bring it back in they would be happy to help fix it!
