We have used True Blue for several years for our pool needs, including open/close, a liner, and more. Always professional, always prompt, and great service and support.
Do NOT go here!!!! The worst customer service ever. He made us feel stupid and we left without any answers. Called American Pools and Spas and they were wonderful and friendly. My advice is to just go down the road to American in the first place.
Flawless experience start to finish. I had a nearly impossible deadline that they had no obligation to accept but went out of their way and did anyway. Came out, got the job done, and were professional while also being just great to talk to humans. I wish I could put into words the relief they brought me by fixing my problem. Thank you all so very much! Also Joe was teaching while doing his job, and that’s never easy so double shout out to him.
I just deliver to True blue pools. To about 4 different locations. So for sure I know they are full of good products for pools and spas. Very knowledgeable about the field and wonderful with customers.
