If someone says they were fired because they evacuated but are only posting now do you think maybe that's a bit strange?? True Blue only let's an employee go or terminates them for misconduct only! We have 19 employees all ranging from 3-13 years of service at True Blue. No one was EVER fired for evacuating. Disgruntled employees say untrue things and it takes an adult to see that. True Blue Pools has been in business for over 25 years and has never terminated an employee for evacuating. True Blue allowed all employees to evacuate at a time that was convenient for them, and closed early on Friday to ensure the safety of our employees and our community. Look forward to continuing to serve our community and customers with the highest level of service.
Chlorine always way too high. Have needed to add chemicals, including salt, myself because the tech didn't. Poor communication. No tech or company person told me when there was a problem with my computer board, discovered it myself when pool had been off more than normal for a couple weeks in a row. Spoke to people at the office several times with promises things would be corrected. I will say, however, their repair tech was very good. But not good enough for me to stay. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Threatened to lien my property when the tenant did not pay. I never hired them nor do I have an agreement with them. STAY AWAY from these people. Very unprofessional.
