True Blue Mobility is run by a guy called Dave and I found he really wanted to help me. My daughter has a disability and she has to use a walker and she tried to step up on top of her walker and fell. As well as hurting herself she caused damage to the walker's bag section which prevented her being able to put anything into the bag section. Dave listened to me as I described the problem and he totally helped me in minutes with a replacement for the broken bag.
