Ryan did an excellent job coming out same day when our AC stopped running in near-triple digit weather. He was quick to diagnose, was very transparent on what the issue was and underlying issues, and his follow up tests probably saved us in the long run. Very appreciative of the response time especially on a weekend.
Gave a tenant a false diagnosis on a pneumatic system saying there was no air being supplied from the building when all they had to do was change the thermostat. It was a bogus diagnosis that they charged almost 100 bucks and didn't fix anything. Didn't refund the payment for the wrong diagnosis either. As a matter of fact they wouldn't even return the call. That sucks cuz we could have done business with them on our boiler system, missed out on all kinds of work on this building. I wouldnt use this guy to turn a knob.
Jim, Ryan, and April are all wonderful!! Ryan was able to quickly identify the problem and Jim came the next day and fixed it in no time. Very fair pricing as well. Would definitely recommend True Blue!!! Thanks Jim!!!
Can’t say enough good things about True Blue and Jim! He installed our a/c unit 6 years ago, and we needed our first service on it today. Turned out to be total user error (it didn’t need service), but Jim was so friendly and helpful telling me the things we needed to do to keep it in good shape. Happy we chose True Blue years ago, and that they were so responsive to my call for service. They were able to come just 1 day after my call! I recommend Jim and True Blue to everyone.
My experience with Jimmmy was fantastic ! He had great customer service, he came with 30yrs of experience, then had to trouble shoot to find what was wrong with my air conditioning. Well he found out what was wrong fixed the problem, and went on his way to his next job. Thank you for a great job indeed.
