My a/c died Thursday evening and they sent Ryan out to diagnose the issue Friday morning. He was able to identify the issue quickly and the True Blue team were very responsive to my questions.

Ryan did an excellent job coming out same day when our AC stopped running in near-triple digit weather. He was quick to diagnose, was very transparent on what the issue was and underlying issues, and his follow up tests probably saved us in the long run. Very appreciative of the response time especially on a weekend.

Gave a tenant a false diagnosis on a pneumatic system saying there was no air being supplied from the building when all they had to do was change the thermostat. It was a bogus diagnosis that they charged almost 100 bucks and didn't fix anything. Didn't refund the payment for the wrong diagnosis either. As a matter of fact they wouldn't even return the call. That sucks cuz we could have done business with them on our boiler system, missed out on all kinds of work on this building. I wouldnt use this guy to turn a knob.

Jim, Ryan, and April are all wonderful!! Ryan was able to quickly identify the problem and Jim came the next day and fixed it in no time. Very fair pricing as well. Would definitely recommend True Blue!!! Thanks Jim!!!
