Jim and his crew did an amazing job on our furnace and AC unit replacement! They were very thorough with the job and did not take any shortcuts. I was very pleased with their timeliness and how well they cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed! Also wanted to give a shoutout to April for being super helpful throughout the whole process and making sure we were well taken care of on the back end!
Poor customer service and very rude employees don't waste your time/money on this company
Alan has come to our home via a home warranty program multiple times for our furnace, and barely takes the time to look at it. He refuses to acknowledge the potential danger of our old furnace and help us utilize our warranty, and excuses the issues were having with the furnace.
If I could I would give 0 stars. I called trying to schedule an appointment for furnace repair the lady that answered said she would call me back to schedule an appointment she never did so when I Attempted to call back she answered and told me not to call back the technician does not want to fix my furnace and could not even give a reason why. This place is a joke basically they blew me off because they are too lazy poor costumer service. Don't waste your time with this company.
True blue is amazing!! My furnace went out on a Friday night and I called them and they answered and tried to get someone out THAT NIGHT. I had a new furnace by Saturday afternoon. And reasonably priced and friendly!! Love them!!
