Jace from True Blue Heat and Air inspected our unit which they installed 2 years ago. There were several areas that were checked for proper maintenance and a new air filter installed. I like that I get an honest person to go over all the details you have to be aware of when buying a new unit. He took pictures of the wiring, refrigerant level, condenser fan and readings, the plenum/duct etc. I don’t know what all of it is but they are happy to explain and answer any questions I have. Anthony was out to install (and supervise) new AC unit. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process. AND he liked the dogs! That’s always a plus. I highly recommend True Blue Heat and Air and Anthony.
Ralph did an amazing job!!! We where kinda Leary about using true blue again, they where the ones that originally installed our units but called about 2 years ago and they wanted to charge us $ 1,200 for a $13 part so we fixed it on our own. But Ralph did amazing this time!! Will be a repeat customer
