I had True Blue Heating and Air come out yesterday afternoon to take a look at my AC unit on the outside of my home. Jace was their technician that came to my house and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, very engaging with me, answered all of my questions about what he doing, went as far as to show me how things worked where he was working as well. If I could give a higher rating the 5 stars I would.
Guy was out today for our spring system check. He gets five stars for a great job. Guy's friendliness was a bonus to a job well done.
Brendan, was very respectful of our home, he was friendly and efficient. We were pleased with his assessment of our system and he gave us a detailed report with photos so we could see exactly what he checked. We will definitely be looking forward to having him back again when the time comes.
Ralph was very efficient and explained his findings to me. Due to an unforeseen situation, I had to reschedule and appreciated that also.
