The bouquet was just beautiful. My son sent it for my birthday. The flowers were fresh and fragrant and arrived in a stylish water filled container.
Above and beyond service!!- The arrangement was gorgeous but what blew me away was their dedication--They were given the wrong address -- Worked so hard to find the correct address and get the beautiful flowers delivered to my girlfriend -- Thats a great local business that CARES!! i will always order from them going forward!
I am so impressed with True Blooms Florist! The person sending me flowers had accidentally put down the wrong address, but the florist went completely out of his way to make sure I received them. He even texted and called me to confirm, and then personally came back to deliver my flowers. That kind of care and dedication is rare these days. My flowers are beautiful, but the customer service truly blew me away. Highly recommend True Blooms 🌸

So my sister ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me for my birthday on July 24th 2025. They said they delivered them to my office at around 11 am. But I didn't get a delivery. So my sister called again and asked for them to be delivered to my house instead. They came the next day around 11:30 am. The flowers looked wilted, like they had sat in the truck the entire time.
