Renters BEWARE!!! We rented a suite from Shannon and within one month - she displayed seriously unprofessional behavior as well as unexplainable (and illegal) actions towards us as tenants. This is NOT a stable or professional business owner as displayed in the unfair manner which she treated us. Changing rental terms with no notice. Refusal to communicate. I have been going to Shannon for years. She is such a great person and great at what she does.
The owner of this establishment is creating a very unfriendly atmosphere for other businesses in the area. She actually came out and had me move parking spots while waiting for my wife's appointment at another location within the same shopping center, then after I reparked she came up to my wife's window causing a scene by calling names and cursing. afterwards she called the police who responded and told us we were not in the wrong. Shannon is super awesome! Planning on visiting again. Love her spa. It's relaxing, warm and inviting. The products she uses are absolutely amazing on the skin and are heavenly aromatic and therapeutic. This was my first facial and it was very relaxing.
