On March 9th, 2024 I had the worst experience at this salon with the stylist Jessie D. I asked for a balayage like she did on me previously last year, and she did not give me what I asked for. I also asked for long layers and face framing bangs and didn’t get that either. Sadly I don’t like confrontation or being assertive so I paid and left.
