Great school with wonderful instructors who not only give a pleasant and safe environment to learn and practice martial arts, but also show effective and practical self defense techniques! Out of the several schools I've trained in I definitely recommend True Balance Martial Arts!
Excellent martial art school. Teaching true Tae Kwon do Ji Do Kwan discipline which teaches valuable lessons pertaining to all ages and disability challenges! To be totally honest I am a little partial to them if you can't tell.
I began my martial arts training here in 2008 and trained here until I moved to Maryland in 2016 first and foremost because the teaching is excellent.
