I called here to make an appointment and they could not actively listen or schedule an appointment. The lady who's playing the part of the receptionist told me that they could schedule an IQ test in 2 months and that I needed to download their app and complete paperwork. After five phone calls to the facility and being pursued by the receptionist to fill out this paperwork I was then told by Ken that they can't provide the services I need for over a year. Best placement I've been, and seen.
I been going here for a couple years now i used to think all therapists were the same and never really cared till i met kirsten she is amazing she has helped me so much years ago i never thought i would smile or be able to get out of the depression i was in and now im smiling and still have my bad days but they are not as often as before i recommend true balance to any one who asks where they should go
