I am currently renting a property that has issues with the plumbing under the house, its making the whole hose smell like a septic tank, IV called and emailed them but it still hasn't been resolved...It would be nice to have given some type of reimbursement or discount for the 5 months we've had to put up with this,,,I'm definitely ready to give up on this place...
Very experienced renter here!!! Read this company's responses to other one-star reviews to see that you, the tenant, are always to blame. Not a single time do they apologize for their part in the review. Notice they haven't replied to my review? Because I hold all the cards and they know it. Anything they say is not in their favor.
