I am currently renting a property that has issues with the plumbing under the house, its making the whole hose smell like a septic tank, IV called and emailed them but it still hasn't been resolved...It would be nice to have given some type of reimbursement or discount for the 5 months we've had to put up with this,,,I'm definitely ready to give up on this place...
Very experienced renter here!!! Read this company's responses to other one-star reviews to see that you, the tenant, are always to blame. Not a single time do they apologize for their part in the review. Notice they haven't replied to my review? Because I hold all the cards and they know it. Anything they say is not in their favor. I am in a wheelchair, my fiancé , and I moved into my place on February 1st 2025 with our 10 year old daughter we went through Steven Bishop he was very professional, amazing, and nice. He made sure that everything was accessible to me, and met my needs.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They left me and my family in a awful house with the toilet completely off as I had my children in the home very unsanitary and not safe for my kids for about 2 months and still expected us to pay rent I did not till they were able to fix the issue never did then told us we needed to vacate the premises, they had people remove all our things before time they stole over thousands of dollars worth of personal things and still to this day expect us to pay over 3,000 that we ... read more
