Like the other post said stay away from them had my home insurance thru them just changed that they mis diagnosed my problem charged all that money still not fixed and they are liars wont pick up phone calls neither you been warned
The absolute worst company. I would give a zero star if I could. They are not accredited by the BBB, they do not have a website, they do not have a presence whatsoever. they do not provide detailed reports, their technicians are liars, their technicians are lazy. TrueAir Solutions what an amazing company to do business with. I sent a picture by text to show what the problem was with my unit outside. The young lady that answer the call she instructed me 24 hours before my appointment to turn the unit off. This will be my second time using True Air solution for my service call . Chad is very knowledgeable and professional in the work that he does. He asked me how often do you change your filter?. I reply every 3 months. I retrieve three brand new air filters from the closet.
