The absolute worst company. I would give a zero star if I could. They are not accredited by the BBB, they do not have a website, they do not have a presence whatsoever. they do not provide detailed reports, their technicians are liars, their technicians are lazy. TrueAir Solutions what an amazing company to do business with. I sent a picture by text to show what the problem was with my unit outside. The young lady that answer the call she instructed me 24 hours before my appointment to turn the unit off. This will be my second time using True Air solution for my service call . Chad is very knowledgeable and professional in the work that he does. He asked me how often do you change your filter?. I reply every 3 months. I retrieve three brand new air filters from the closet. Fernando was in time, super helpful, knew what he was doing, and explained things well. I'd hire you again and will tell my neighbors about your good service too.
Fernando was quick to diagnose and fix the issue with my AC. He was able to come on short notice and really help us out. Highly recommend!
