The true air technicians are so bad and rude! They came with hurry and spent two minutes, no details checking, told us the noise because of different models. How the company hired such people? Do they really know how to do service.? I don’t know why the builder chooses this company’s product. We have really bad experience today! Nerve want to talk that technician again, but I hope the company could send more professional people to come and fix the problem!
Their Ac unit installation is not professional. They do not respond to their customers. Brand new construction homes are having problems already. Very noisy after 1 year, they don’t bother to level their ac units when installed. Terrible customer service. AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR!
They installed a furnace in my newly built Lennar home that did not work. Lennar did not disclose this information to me and allowed me to move into a home with no heat. When I called to have someone come out they hung up on me multiple times, told me they wouldn’t help me or disclose any information, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Hi want to give negative 100. Most unreliable company ever. You will have sleep less night if you use This hvac company. Lennar need to stop using this and make sure there customers are not facing any issues. My brand new home my hvac stopped working and they do temporary fix and it never work. Guys don’t use this company for any kind of HVAC issues. Lennar uses this company for the hvac and brand new homes after 1 yr of warranty the problem starts.
