Great clothings with sucky service and even suckier return policy – True is a great store to go to when it comes to hip hop clothing, but like what other reviewers have said, do not expect good service in this store. All workers are extremely snobby and think they are the ****. The return policy is horrible. Won't let you return anything without a receipt even when I was gonna exchange a t-shirt to buy a much more expensive jacket. And an exchange period of 7 days? What a joke. Hip Hop aint polite! – I guess you have heard...yeah dont expect some haight street store workin legend to be cool with you when you walk in. they dont give a f**k if you buy or not...the spot has been there for a while...and it isnt because they are cool with the folks who walk in. Personality Plus! – True's annual sales are great. You can find great bargains. But the staff at the women's store where the sales are held are too snobby. You won't find any sort customer service here. The girls think that they're the best thing since Baby Phat!
Great brands – the service here is cold and inattentive. not even a "hello" when you walk in. most of the staff just sits around near the doorway. great selection of hip hop brands and t-shirts. expensive, but they have amazing annual sales
