Words just don't do the experience justice. I've heard someone say that "Everybody needs a Trudy at their birth" and I 100% agree with that. We all felt supported in a way only a doula would know how. Thank you Trudy. Check out her yoga and birth classes too, they are great fun.
We loved having Trudy on our team at the birth of our child, and her support in the months leading up to it. She will be on your advocate, no matter what you choose and you will absolutely benefit from having her be a part of your pregnancy and birthing journey. Trudy is trained in "Spinning Babies" and her knowledge is like gold.
Trudy helped eased my fears and become prepared in the months leading up to the birth of my first child. She taught me about hypno-birth, and I also attended pregnancy yoga classes once a week. Trudy is a patient teacher, and is so friendly and caring. She genuinely wants to help, and this comes across in the way she speaks to you. Definitely recommend her services.
Trudy is such an amazing person to be around. I loved doing yoga with her throughout my second pregnancy and her presence during labour and birth was irreplaceable. She is supportive, knowledgeable and always has your best interests at heart <3
