Usually they are good ! But this time I have a rental trailer ! Dropped it off on Thursday morning for maintenance and came back Friday to pick it up ! Nothing was done trailer was never moved ! Mike never informed his mechanics that the trailer was there ! Now the annual dot inspection is a month over due ! Trailer hasn't been greased in over a year !! That terrible service !!
I called with a problem and was told to bring the trailer right in. Very nice people and they were extremely fast.
Great service, trailer needed brakes on both axles. I didn't have an appointment and I was under load, so they got me right in and it was done in 4 hours.
