Great work cleaning my area rug. Fair Prices. Really nice staff. Drop off and pickup were easy.
I’ve been using TruClean for years, and they never disappoint. Their team is always professional, and they consistently do an amazing job making our rugs look and smell like new. With two dogs in the house, it’s not easy keeping things fresh, but TruClean always delivers. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality and reliable rug cleaning.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. After a hurricane damaged my home, they not only salvaged and restored my rug beautifully, but also held onto it for several months while I dealt with the chaos of recovery. I hadn’t even arranged for delivery yet—but they went above and beyond by making sure it got safely to my new place without me lifting a finger. Highly recommend.
Take a picture of your rugs before you let this company take your rugs. They ruined a $2000 rug and claimed they noticed it was damaged before they cleaned it. For the record the rug was not damaged prior to them picking it up. Also what company would say they inspected a rug prior to cleaning, claim the rug was damaged, not document or decline to clean it and return it rolled up with no mention of the damage.
