I just wanted to share my experience here and from the time I got in the service in the front all the way to the shop in the parts department number one in my book, excellent, excellent service. Thank you all again for trying to solve my problem. I do appreciate everyone there.

Customer service was very good. The supervisor of the mechanics.\n Fixed the major airline in my trucks. They were so busy. He came out to the street where I was parked and fixed it This review is long overdue. To the supervisor of the mechanics, you did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to help out thank you.
The service team here sucks 0 to almost little knowledge on hino trucks .. They ask you to schedule apt you do and when you take the truck in they make you park it till whenever they feel like getting to it .. Took it for an oil change and check light on well they had the truck 4 days and still no news on what we need to order or get for the unit .. Wouldn’t recommend it to nobody.. All they tell you is sorry best I can do .. Smh
