Two weeks wait for any kind of diagnostics! Do not waste your time going there!
I have a small fleet of trucks, and when I break down Allison is who I ask for! She is always polite,courteous, and very knowledgeable. She always gets my parts to me in a timely manner. Lindsey with the delivery team is also pro at her job! She is always on time and always friendly to do business with! Thank you ladies for your hard work!
Allison in the parts department is the very best. She’s easy to communicate with and always ask the right questions. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the right parts the first time, in a timely manner and gets me the best price possible.
Owner operators this isn’t the place to bring your truck. I dropped it off on December 16th for an exhaust leak, dpf cleaning, and my taillight harness needed to be replaced. I was told it would be diagnosed by the end of that week but they didn’t even pull my truck in to start diagnosing for two weeks. This is unacceptable for one truck owner operators.
