I drive a Peterbilt 389 and the Peterbilt dealer is just down the road but when I need my truck serviced and repairs done right I take it to Truckworx Kenworth. Don’t just get it done get it done right
It's a new building for them, make sure to look at a map as there is no signage to indicate their location. The entrance look like you are going into the Amazon Shipping Warehouse.
They couldn't fix just right turn signal because they don't have a time , I came before 4 hours they are closing but they don't have a enough mechanic
Despite being referred by the branch sales manager, the representative I worked with lacked the necessary technical knowledge regarding Kenworth Class 8 specifications. After two weeks of unproductive communication and failing to grasp the requirements for my specialized application, he chose to refer my business to a Kenworth competitor dealership rather than addressing the request. He has since ceased all communication, leaving a quote request for six new units completely ignored.
