Brought my truck in last week. Knock sensor went bad, outstanding customer service and a shout out to the mechanic that fixed it fairly quick. From everybody I talked to there was very friendly and I love the deer mounts. Keep up the good work y'all
Even though my problem hasn’t been fixed, and they are working hard to fix it, Jessica, Jonathan, and the staff has been spot on and more than accommodating to my needs as a truck driver. If you are needing a repair or service in Dothan Alabama I strongly recommend Truckworx KW. Awesome people. Drivers remember, respect goes along way to make things happen.
Jessica and Derrick in Service Dept were Great!!! Broke down at 6am and was rolling by 3pm. Recommend them when you in need!!!
