I have been buying supplies an plows for my work from these guys for years but I never expected or experienced the customer service these people have given me. I brought my personal truck to have some work done and a simple mistake happened that caused other issues. They have taken awesome care getting this resolved! Initially I really enjoyed working with the company. They seemed willing to work with my timeline as I prepared to travel across the country. I ordered my product around five weeks prior to being in the area to have it installed. I even went so far as to preemptively pay for the item and installation, just to make things smoother as I moved through town on my travel timeframe. DO NOT GO HERE! They have had our truck for a over a month now. Apparently the part has been in back order from before turning the vehicle into them for installation. Why would you take our truck if you don't even have what you need to work on it? The people who run this place are a joke. I have called multiple times just to be told they have to get someone who knows their job to call me back. Guess what I haven't been called back once. These guys are amazing. I cannot believe how well my truck came out. They definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. This food truck is a head turner and gets attention everywhere I go.
