Customer service is terrible, we called them and arranged for a service, they never showed up, never responded to our calls, never communicated, id rather save myself headache and go for a professional truck center rather than dealing with unprofessional service.

Thank you Truckup. Had a trailer issue in Monument CO at the Pilot Truck Stop. Called every mobile repair within 30 Miles around 6pm. No one could help. Called Truck-up. Dispatched a Unit Right away. Got my trailer issue solved and my Tractor Trailer is rolling. Thanks Truckup team for your help!
