Fantastic experience with this company! The seats arrived incredibly fast and when one part arrived broken, their customer service team was quick to resolve it and sent a replacement immediately. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience with this product. Ordered the high back jump seat with 3 point seat belt. The item came with hardware missing and none of the nuts that were included fit any of the bolts that were included. There were no assembly or installation instructions in the box and the only ones available on the website are a joke. The seat belt does not even come attached to the seat, nor are there any instructions on how to install it safely. I eventually figured it out on my own after a Home Depot run for the correct bolts.
