Stopped by to get info on the journey they had on the lot, but during normal business hours, NOBODY was found to assist. Not even a note on the door as to why nobody was there. It's all good though we took our business elsewhere
I called about a 1997 Nissan Truck and spoke with Denise (one of the owners I believe) and she is the type of professional everyone enjoys to deal with as she was honest, to the point and REAL!! Since I live in NC and they are in TX this transaction may not work out but I would buy from Trucks Unlimited and hope to do business with Denise in the future. Continued Success!!
I recently came in to inquire about a vehicle they had on the lot. Noticed there was a check engine light on the vehicle. I politely went in and notified the saleswoman of the light, with the intention of asking if they knew what the code was for; and was immediately shut down with “It’s a 1991, what do you expect?”. I had a demanding job that Consisted of 328 miles a day. And over the years I have bought Approximately 30 or more Vehicles from Trucks Unlimited . I don’t have a Complaint about any of the cars I’ve bought Best of the Best.
