I recently purchased a truck from the owner Terry Phillips. He not only promised me that any repairs needed within 30 days would be covered 100%, but he also put it in writting. Discovering that the brakes were bad, we had it inspected and he told us to bring the truck back so that he could get it fixed. When I went back to get the repaired truck, the problem was the same.
