I purchased a full set of Monroe shocks from this location (six shocks total, including four rears and two fronts). After only 1 to 2 months of light use as an owner-operator, both front shocks and two rear shocks completely failed.While I understand that manufacturing defects happen, I am deeply disappointed by how this business handled the situation.
